Project Description : TDQR project will EOL the existing SHOBIZ reporting tool. All the reports in the SHOBIZ will be accommodated in the TDQR

Scope of Work : The qualified candidate will be responsible for working independently and with a business team to prepare business requirement document. Responsible for ensuring existing data warehouse-reporting capabilities are comprehended in the new data model. Support design team in development of the conceptual data model and design document. Assist with validation of the physical data model built by the development team. Demonstrate technical knowledge of application, engaging assistance from and communicating effectively with the development team, testing team, project manager and end user.

Primary Skills : Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related discipline plus 5+ years
professional experience desired in software development, project management, technical support or business analysis. Supply line management, planning and logistics and freight business process knowledge is required. Must have good understanding of Data model and Data warehouse with Micro Strategy experience. Excellent communication skills—oral and written, negotiation skills are required. The candidate must be highly motivated with a proven background in software development processes and methodologies. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and self-management. The candidate must be able to prioritize and organize workloads to complete multiple, simultaneous tasks both for self and others. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic business

Additional skills : Micro Strategy environment is essential. (2-3 three years of experience). Knowledge about testing cycles and various testing tools and methodologies.

Education Qualification : Graduate with 5+ years of experience

Topic : Optimization of Cephalosporin granulation process by using Roll Compactor
Description : During the tenure of this project, I have involved in design and evaluation of various dosage forms for Cephalosporin class of drugs like Cefpodoxime proxetil, Cefuroxime axetil, Cefixime, Levofloxacin and Erythromycin. The dosage forms include conventional tablets, oral suspensions and NDDS. During this work I have been exposed to various technology involved in solid dosage form arena and also familiarized myself with the parameters that has to be taken in to account. Drugs were selected which are difficult to granulate using dry granulation techniques. The extensive literature survey has been done for selection of these drugs and the parameters that are controlling their granulation process. Different formulas were prepared with varying parameters like pressure, feeder and roller speed, concentration of excipients etc. Experimental studies were
conducted using microcrystalline cellulose on a roller compactor to measure feed force, surface roll pressure, shear stress and other parameters. Various observations were made which include densification correlated with maximum roll pressure, increasing feed force, increased roll gap, significant variation in roll pressure and shear stress existing in the transverse and rolling directions. The fine granules were obtained with required properties after optimized usage of above said parameters.

Topic: A simple UV simultaneous estimation and Method development for drugs used in asthma treatment
Description: The initial aim of the project was to select suitable drugs which can be analyzed using UV without any technical problems. This also included the task of search for different methods for simultaneous estimation of compounds in mixture. After selection was done the actual formulation (aqueous solution) was prepared with pH of the nebulizing solution as a variable. Now at this phase the pH was optimized after several formulations were physically and chemically tested for their stability. Final aim was to develop and evaluate inhalation drug delivery system which is nebulizing solution containing combination.

Topic: Design and evaluation of buccal patch containing Buspirone
Description: The objective of the study was to design and evaluate buccal patch containing Buspirone. A suitable analytical method was developed and validated on UV-Vis Spectrophotometer for Buspirone. Placebo batches were prepared using various polymers along with propylene glycol as plasticizers in various concentrations and in different combination to get suitable patch. The technique used was Solvent Casting. Viscous solutions were prepared by using different polymer like Xanthan gum, Guar gum, HPMC 4k, Metalose which were used individually and in combination. The combination of Xanthan gum and Guar gum solution showed considerably good viscosity. The best film was obtained using xanthan gum, guar gum, HPMC, and metalose when used individually and in combination. The patches were evaluated for their thickness, uniformity in content, folding endurance, weight uniformity, swelling index, tensile strength and surface pH. The results were reported in time in prescribed format.

Topic: Preparation and evaluation of Acyclovir nanoparticles
Description: Acyclovir is a hydrophilic drug which provides a challenge for preparing the nanoparticles. The purpose of this study was to prepare acyclovir nanoparticles for the enhanced topical delivery. One way to attain this task is preparation of nanoparticles by double emulsion method, which is a non-conventional and very sensitive method. An attempt was made to prepare acyclovir nanoparticles by conventional methods like simple emulsion, solvent extraction and controlled precipitation. Out of these the controlled precipitation was found to be most suitable and was optimized. Nanopaticles up to 480 nm size were obtained proving the method of controlled precipitation as proper method of nanoparticles preparation for hydrophilic drugs.
