** Geotechnical Engineer :
The Geotechnical Engineer shall have a suitable University Degree, with a minimum experience of 10 years in the Supervision, construction and assessment of similar scale Marine/Port/reclamation/dredging related projects. Should have minimum experience of 5 years working in the Middle East is required, 'and have experience in supervising Geotechnical ground investigation surveys, ground improvement and subsequent testing for acceptance.

** Mechanical Engineer (Hydraulics) :
The Mechanical Engineer (Hydraulics) shall have B. Sc (Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum experience of 10 years in the supervision of major Hydraulic works.

** Section Engineer (Utilities) :
The Section Engineer (Utilities) shall have B. Sc (Civil Engineering) with a minimum experience of 10 years in the supervision of major Roads/Highway and Infrastructure, Utility works.

** Inspector Mechanical/Hydraulic :
The Inspector (Mechanical/Hydraulic) shall have appropriate Diploma with a minimum experience of 10 years in the supervision of various major Hydraulic related works.

** Land Surveyor/Hydraulic :
The Land Surveyor shall have appropriate Diploma with a m1ll1mUm experience of 10 years in the supervision of various Land/ Hydraulic survey works.

** Land and Marine Surveyor :
The Land / Marine Surveyor shall have a minimum experience of 10 years in the supervision of major ports and marine/infrastructure work. A minimum, experience of 5 years working in the Middle East is required.

** Male Secretary (Bilingual- Arabic & English) :
The Male Secretary shall be literate (Diploma or Degree) and well versed with computer operation, having at least 5 years experience in office and document control, and shall maintain filing systems and keep the documents and data records.
