- Book keeping & Data Entry of Various clients.
Handling running bills of contractors & examining of suppliers bills.
- Reconciliation of Bank, Creditors and Employees Accounts.
- Finalization of Books of Accounts & providing draft financial.
- Statements to the management for various purposes.
- Keeping all Accounts vouchers according to their serial no. Like :SEI,SPVB,SYRB,JV, PREPAYMENT Etc.
- Sending the vouchers for Binding in the record Room.
- Feeding of all type Account Vouchers in Ramco Application as and when required : SPVB, SYRB, JV, Etc.
- Preparation All type of Cheques. Like Customer Refund etc.
- All Receipt Accounting (other them Customers)
- Maintain of Cenvat Record and Send to Indirect tax Dept. for Cenvat claim.
- Update Society Ledger and preparation Members loan application or Cheques and voucher enter in manually.
- TDS File Maintain (Profession , Retainer, Contractor, Broker).
- Bank related works like collection of DD/Pay Order /Fund TFR and all related to Fund issues.
- Any Other Work related to above or assigned From Time to Time due to existence or otherwise.
