- Monitoring & controlling different manufacturing process as per control plan & process sheet.
- Analysis of corrective & preventive action of rejection and rework.
- Implementation & documentation of ISO/TS 16949.
- Implementation of 5S, POKA-YOKE & KAIZEN in cell.
- Maintain TPM activities in cell.
- Reporting of DRM of cell.
IN QA / QC department :
- Maintaining process inspection as per control plan through first off & patrolling inspection machined components.
- Final inspection.
- Stop line in case of defective components are being produced & initiate corrective actions.
- Monitoring corrective & preventive actions for rejection/ rework & keep quality records.
