Experience : A total experience of 27 years.
1. DCM Shriram Consolidated ltd,Ajbapur Distt.Lakhimpur kheri (UP.) :
Working as Manager, electrical, since 18.10.2007.The turbo-generator capacity is
38 MW and the boilers’ capacity is of 255 T/H. The export capacity is about 25 MW
(power is sold to the UPPCL grid through 132 KV SLC). There is also the maintenance of a 132KV/11KV,50 MVA switch yard, and an HT breaker of 11 to 132KV, of type SF6 & VCB,(Make : CGL,ABB & AREVA). Apart from the above jobs, I am also involved in the day–to-day and the annual maintenance of 750KW dc-drives of analog and digital type and the VFDs of 440 KW of different makes such as Siemens and ABB. 2. 14 year 11 month ( From 23-11-1992 to 17-10-2007) :

I had joined the group on 23-11- 1992 and left on 17-10- 2007 as an Addl. Manager (elect).The turbo- generator capacity was 38 MW and the boiler capacity was of 224 T/H. The exporting capacity was about 16 MW (power sold to the UPPCL grid through 132 KV SLC).There was also, the maintenance of a 132KV/11KV ,50 MVA switch yard and HT Breaker of 11KV to 132KV,SF6 type and make- Siemens and ABB. Apart from the above jobs I was also involved in the day-to-day and regular annual maintenance of 1000KW dc drives of analog and digital type and the VFDs of 440KW,of different makes as Siemens and ABB.I was also involved in the erection and commissioning of MCC,PCC and TG sets’ panel and the EOT cranes.

3. 3 year nine month (from feb 1989 to 23-11-1992) :
SHRI ACID AND CHEMICAL LTD, Gajraula Moradabad ( U P)
Worked as Electrical supervisor since Feb 1989 to 23-11-1992.Supervised the 30 ton paper plant & 150T acid plant, 250T SSP ,GSSP plant and also, supervised the general maintenance of various equipments such as ac motor, dc motor & panels, starter, MCC, PCC, transformer and cranes, etc.
