    Role : Customer Support Engineer/ Technician
    Functional Area : IT-Support, Telecom, Hardware
    Experience Required : Minimum of 2 years experience in IT

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
    · Installation & Troubleshooting of Laptops /Desktops
    · Installation of Operating System, anti-virus, personal firewall, internet access
    · Able to handle day to day hardware and OS troubleshooting
    · Providing remote help to branches
    · Experience in installing all versions of windows, Linux, Open/MS Office, Configuring
    outlook, OE, Thunderbird, Evolution, Mail migration, DATA Backup and recovery.
    · Coordinating with service provider (ISP or Vendor) for timely support.
