Design

Senior Memory Designer

The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of memory design including SRAM, DRAM or Non-Volatile Memories. Experience with standard memory design tools and methodologies is required. He will participate in the design of highly advanced memories in advanced processes such as 65nm and 45nm. The candidate may be required to interact and interface with customers.

Memory Design positions are open in Ottawa, Bangalore and Dallas

Layout Engineer

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with full custom layout. He should be familiar with full custom tools and methodologies. Experience with memory layout and sub 130nm processes is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- DT using TEMS
- DT using CNT 8.06
- Making the required changes for optimizing the network, e.g. changing antenna orientations, down tilting etc.
- Finalizing the Tower height, antenna orientations.
- Verifying the digitized maps.
- Verifying the initial and predicted coverage plots.
- Acceptance testing of cell sites.
- Changing database parameters, neighbor cell relations etc
- RF Acceptance Test of Voice Quality Signal Strength, Hand over & Calls.
- Drive Test to identify areas with Poor Coverage & Highest Call Drops.
- Drive test of Site for Call Origination Test, Hand over test & Coverage test.
- Data Collection Cluster drives to Identity status of Site Coverage Area.
- Find out Feeder swap.
- Knowledge and practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS 8.0.3).
- Knowledge and practice of MAPINFO, MS office etc.
- Generation and analysis of GSM traffic reports
- Network-Performance parameter analyses.
