Skills Required :

* Should have 5+ years of experience working with databases
* Proficient in one or more ETL tools such as Informatica, Datastage, SAS
* Strong experience in ERWIN, gathering user requirements, conducting JAD sessions
* Proficient in BI Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Hyperion, Cognos, SAS
* Should have the expertise to provide support on data quality components; provide technical recommendations for optimized data access and retention for the data warehouse, data flows
* Should have the ability to identify strategies for data acquisition and archival
* Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibility :
1. Product Development;
Doing new development based on the themes and trends given by buyer by making new garment style, embroidery techniques etc.
2. Range Development :
Submission of new range to the buyer to provide an opportunity to select from a variety of product lines. Explaining the buyer’s requirement to the masters, embroiderers and tailors etc to ensure that right sample are delivered on time to have successful selling.Developing files of new fabrics, braids, laces embroidery techniques and different trims etc for collection
3. Costing & Negotiations :
Submitting the costing for the submitted sampling range & negotiating the price for same, to ensure mutual profitable business by achieving financial targets.
4. Ordering of Fabric :
Ordering of greige fabrics once the order is confirmed.Making dyeing and printing programs for the order.
5. Handling Lab Test :
Handling lab test for all the buyer as per buyer standard.Formating wash care for each style as per the requirement of the style.
6. Sampling & Production
Submitting all the approval sample in trime & planning the production by making critical path/ T&A plan,and ensuring that shipment goes on time.
7. Correspondence with buying house
Updating the buying house/buyer on weekly/ regular basis regarding sampling and production, discussing the style with the buying house to make it more production friendly.
Professional Qualification :
- Diploma in Fashion Design and Garment Manufacturing from J.D. Institute of Fashion Technology, Hauzkhash, New Delhi.
Academic Qualification :
- Bachelor of Science in chemistry from J.P. University Chapra Bihar with 1st Division (62%)
- Intermediate in science from Bihar Intermediate Education Council Patna with 1st Division (71%)
Computer Skill :
- Corel Draw, Photo Shop, MS Word & Excel
Hobbies :
