    Responsible for Recruitment and Interviewing of candidates from junior level to the top management level in conjugation with the other higher authorities.
    Responsible for hiring Faculties, Associate Faculties, Trainers, Academic staff etc
    Knows the art of mapping competitors, pitching of company profile, head hunting procedures, reference building techniques.
    Conduct Trainings, Induction and Orientation programs for new joinees
    Development of the HR department forms, employee handbooks, HR manuals, policy manuals, handout.
    Effective and efficient day to day operational HR processes and procedures.
    Handling of the employee databases, payroll details, reimbursements, salary reviews
    Successful employee relations, case management including poor performance, disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
    Effective Leave and Attendance Management related to the exit of the employee
    Full & Final payments strategies, implementing the same, updating records of notice periods to be served

    Minimum Experience : 5 Years

    Salary Offered (Per Month) : Negotiable
