Job Description :
Hands on experience in design, tryout and repair or maintenance of Machining, Inspections and Welding Fixtures.
Should be able to read engineering drawings.
Exposure in Autocad and Catia.
Hands on experience in Four Wheeler Automobile Company.
Knowledge about Faro Arm portable CMM.
Should be able to guide designers for design of Jigs and Fixtures.
Maintenance of Jigs and Fixtures in following area :
Engine machine shop, Engine Assy., Gearbox Assy., BIW and future projects.
Regular PM activity includes : Includes replacing of damaged wear parts.
Any type of improvements, Kaizens, Mistake proofing of Fixtures.
Trouble shooting and Support to Vendors.
Converting all red points into Green points in all areas.
Ensuring 100 percent uptime and 100 percent adherence to PM plan of Fixture repairs.

Minimum Experience : 7 Years

Salary Offered (Per Month) : Upto 8 Lakhs

Job Profile –
Responsible to see the subordinates and perform this activity

- To look after maintenance of machine on regular basis to avoid failure and emergency shutdown.
- Fabrication and structural works, hopper, supports, ring of kiln,anchors.
- Test quality of the raw material and finish product in quality control lab; with the set of our testing equipment comprises of ccs machine, furnace, backash 1600°c furnace,etc.
- Maintenance of machines like gear box, D.C Motor, Couplings (tyre, gear, and lovejaw), Conveyers (bucket, belt, screw) and vibrating screens as per regular interval and shut down.
- Maintenance of ball mill screw conveyer, table feeder, vibrating feeder as per standard set for input of clinkers.
- Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
- Monitored physical and chemical test procedure and result as per quality level required.
- Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
- Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
- Supervising hourly production.
- Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.
- Utilization of manpower accurately.
- Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems
- To look after producer gas plant in running and break down condition for avoid breakdown.

- Handling air swept close continues type ball mill to grinding the clinkers for desired residue.
- Handling continuous over flow type of ball mill for grinding of cement for desired residue
- To prepare monthly and weekly production schedule as per production planning which is decided by ppc and management.
- Responsible for raw mix, nodulisation, and calcinations, sintering, cooling of all grades of cement manufacturing.
- Responsible for drying of raw material in dryer.
- Check the physical stock of raw materials as per requirement on weekly and monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate with purchase dept. for fulfillment of raw material as per requirement
- Storing of raw material to avoid wastage.
- Prepare the finish product as per schedule by management.
- Interact with the quality control department on daily basis to solve the problem related to finish products.
