Job Description :
General Manager (Marketing) will be responsible for:
 Research, design and development of new styles for each of the collections
 Preparing factory brief and overseeing sample development, sourcing trims, fit trials and grading up to final production stage
 Working closely with Head of Marketing and liaising with suppliers
 Travel to factories in India
 Presenting new collections to existing customers and to potential customers
 Working closely with suppliers to monitor production and quality control from bulk production
 Liaising with staff based at factory for ongoing reporting and feedback
 Managing adhoc projects including design and production of packaging and labelling for products
 Exploring other avenues such as design and production of point-of-sale materials, design of logos, print/ appliqué/ embroidery graphics
 Liaising with suppliers to produce final designs

To be considered for this opportunity, the candidate must have the following skills and background:
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken
 Have at least 4-6 years previous Design and Production experiences from a fashion or clothing background - essential!
 Have relevant qualifications.
 Have experience of working within either womenswear and/or menswear.
 Have excellent communication and presentation skills
