• Managing the entire process of land acquisition and facilitating transaction closure
• Negotiating with landowners and consolidation
• Carry-out the financial feasibility modeling and do financial structuring of deals
• Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Manager Legal to enable the closure of the transaction through a structured legal, financial and commercial due diligence
• Diligently monitor the acquisition process till closure and taking possession
• Interaction with government bodies for statutory compliance requirements and sanctions
• Assist project management team with all relevant input for best possible project delivery
• Assessing local market dynamics and do market assessment
• Carry-out city specific competition analysis
• Have in-depth knowledge of the local pricing of land
Desired Profile : The key focus of the motivated individual will be to support the Head - Mullanpur to procure creditable land transactions and facilitate deal (land) closure and transitioning the process into a project implementation stage. He will provide support to the management team during the project implementation . This dynamic position requires an inspired individual able to inspire, motivate the individuals . A good business and commercial understanding is important and also an ability to negotiate.
