- Tank Farm Up-gradation project. Installation & commissioning of Acid/Alkali tanks & piping
- Rainwater harwesting-80 meter cubic water saving per year.
- Savings in Filter Press (ETP). - Previously feeding & pressurizing of sludge was done by screw pump which consume more operational time. This process is changed and now feeding is done by centrifugal pump followed by pressurizing which is done by screw pump. This change has drastically reduced the operation time and thus energy conservation is being made. Which are saving cost up to 6 to 8 loc per year.
- Automatic bag filling trolley for sludge collection at Filter press- Manual filling of sludge bags is done by 4 persons who could be modified by using trolley to transfer the sludge automatically in the bags with the help of one person to set the trolley. Which are saving 2 to 3 lack saving per year,
- Reuse Water-in which design factor considered daily water consumption, size of tank, required of flow, pipe diameter, pump efficiency, power required.ETP final treated water which is drain to CETP. We are collecting this water in 5000lit.tank and this water is used to toilet flushing and slurry preparation and filter press area cleaning. So we are using around the 50m3 water per day.
