Minimum matriculate with ITI Certificate Course in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent course.

1) Should have worked in reputed organization at similar post for at least 10 years.
2) Capable of operating various deep core drilling rigs, e.g. T4W (I/R), Hydro-44, KDR-2000, Kores rigs, Sandvik DE740 or their equivalent with related appropriate mud pumps.
3) Can carry out running repairs and maintenance of drilling rig and other related equipments installed at well site.
Should be able to do non-core (dry and rotary) and Diamond core drilling in varied coal/lignite bearing formations, particularly for CBM Exploration

Career Objective : It is my attraction in nature which brought me to study Geology after Higher Secondary Examination. I like to build up my carrier as an Exploration Geologist. And to develop and also add to the natural resources of India. With this idea I have chosen Sedimentary Geology for my Msc dissertation. I did my Msc dissertation in Papaghni group, Cuddapah Basin. Here along with other deposits the basal Gulcheru formation has proved a store house of atomic minerals by AMD. I mapped different geological formations, their thin sections under microscope and also tried to interpret the depositional set up. I hope to exercise the knowledge of sedimentology to explore sedimentary mineral deposits including coal and petroleum and also the knowledge of ore geology for exploration of different ore minerals.

Maithon- Fundamental methods like measurement of attitude of beds and foliation of rocks, map orientation, plotting locations on map etc. which are essential for geological field work and identification rocks and minerals in their natural surroundings and last of all establish a relation between different rock-types seen, based on observations only, and from an idea about the chronology of the geological events that occurred in the region.
2. Jabalpur- Lithological and structural description of rocks and mapping in and around Jabalpur, using of GPS, stratigraphy, deformation history and grade of metamorphism of Jabalpur rocks.
3. Chadipur- Sedimentological and palaeontological aspects of Chadipur, human impact on marine organism.
4. Kurnool- Lithological mapping of Gulcheru sandstone and vempalle stromatolite units, Lithological correlation establishment and study of stromatolites.
5. Chitradurga- Study of Chitradurga group of rocks and structural mapping of rocks. Different structural features of rocks.
