    Chief Manager

    Basic qualification : First Class Graduates/Post Graduates / BE/B.Tech, with MBA or equivalent in Finance or Marketing OR CA/CFA.
    Experience : 3 to 5 years experience in banks /FIs of which minimum 2 years in ARCs. The age as on January 01, 2010 should not exceed 30 years. The Broad job requirements would be business development, acquisition of financial assets including conducting due diligence exercise, putting in place appropriate resolution strategies and resolving the NPAs in a time bound and beneficial manner, etc. The description of job is only indicative and not exhaustive.

    Chief Manager (Legal)


    Basic qualification : First Class Graduates/Post Graduates in law from recognized universities in India, well conversant with all relevant legislations especially RDDB Act, SARFAESI Act, BR Act, NI Act, TP Act, etc.
    Experience : 3 to 5 years experience in banks /FIs of which minimum 2 years shall be in ARCs.
    The age as on January 01, 2010 should not exceed 30 years. The candidate should have experience in loan documentation, legal due diligence of financial assets, conducting litigation and NPA resolution.

    Chief Manager (Resources & Treasury)


    Basic qualification : First Class Graduates with MBA or equivalent in Finance OR CA/CFA. Additional qualification of Company Secretary is desirable.
    Experience : 3 to 5 years experience in resources mobilization, treasury and fund management in banks /FIs/ ARCs. Experience in ARCs in this field will be preferred.
    The age as on January 01, 2010 should not exceed 30 years. The job profile will include mobilization of resources, treasury operations, fund & resources management and corporate accounts, administration etc.

    Associate Vice President

    Basic qualification : First Class Graduates/Post Graduates / BE/B.Tech, with MBA or equivalent in Finance or Marketing OR CA/CFA.
    Experience : 5 to 10 years experience as on January 1, 2010 in banks/FIs of which minimum 2 to 3 years experience in ARCs.
    The age as on January 1, 2010 should not exceed 35 years. The broad job requirements would be business development, acquisition of financial assets including conducting due diligence exercise, putting in place appropriate resolution strategies and resolving the NPAs in a time- bound and beneficial manner, etc. The description of job is only indicative and not exhaustive

    Role : Production Engineer
    * Updating the PQCDSM Target.
    * Achieve the daily production target under systemized plan.
    * Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
    * To conduct training classes for the co-workers.
    * To design material handling equipments to avoid rejections & Ergonomics during process movements.
    * To set up line based on Customer fore cost and quoted hours.
    * To train the team members by means of establishing standardized work chart.
    * Maintaining grape chart – evaluation for error free operations.
    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    * Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements, and related specifications.
    * Work with Procurement and Quality Teams as needed to develop and meet all safety and quality requirements.
    * Evaluate and authorize process design changes, specification and drawing releases, and coordinate such activities with customer technical teams.
    * Evaluate and write Corrective Action Reports, and follow through on implementation of rework and process changes.
    * Work closely with Engineering, Production supervisors, and Suppliers, etc. to drive continuous improvements to existing product lines in a manufacturing environment. This will include :
    1. Work with teams to provide lean tools to meet manufacturing objectives.

    3. Create and maintain standard work process documentation and visual work instructions.
    4. Design tool/fixture equipment requirements, specifications and budgets.
    5. Establish equipment requirements, specifications and budgets.
    6. Support day to day operations.
    7. Work with all teams and departments in a manner that supports the production plan and the Customers delivery requirements.
    8. Identify barriers to successful production, and help drive the push toward resolution and elimination of those barriers.
