    Manager - Financial Analyst :

    Experience : 2 to 6 yrs

    Job Description :
    Candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts of Indian and foreign subsidiaries. He will manage a small team of accountants. Will be the one point contact of accounting related activities with overseas parent company.

    Skill Set :
    * Experience in financial accounting and reporting
    * Experience in planning and analysis for Company Funds, Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet
    * Experience in generating various management reports
    * Experience in finalizing monthly accounts (responsible for accruals, reconciliations and scrutiny of different accounts).
    * Prior experience with financial services organization, KPO, ITES will be a plus
    * Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines
    * Good interpersonal & communication skills
    * Should be internet savvy & comfortable with modern technology
    * All things being equal, preference will be for the one who could join immediately.
