JOB PROFILE :
- Fabrication & Erection of TG STRUCTURE, COAL BANKER, C W PIPING, FLY ASH SILO, PIPE RACK, & CW PIPE LINE as per fabrication & erection drawing.
- Responsible for fabrication & erection planning& achievements of targets.
- .To maintain Daily Progress Report & Bill of material.
- Production & Manpower management.
- In process Quality Control. Final inspection and maintaining client’s protocol.
- Responsible for maintaining daily fabrication & daily erecting analysis, and customer
complain analysis in Co-ordination with quality Deptt.
- Make plan for improvement in plant & also in charge of overall improvement process.
- Preparing weekly & monthly report for fabrication
- Review drawing , technical, specifications and distribution of drawing to respective
sub-Contractors.
- Bill Certification and verifications of sub-contractors.
- Issue of materials to sub constructors as per drawing and maintaining monthly
reconciliation of material.
- Raising running account bill to client on monthly basis along all supporting
documents.
- Making completion plan of the project with available resources.
- Appropriate resource deployment to the sub contractors.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT :
- To control the account & store section (fallow up to Proper maintane DMR & DCR, issue & stock record by the store incharge & daily expence record by the account section).
- To control the Manpower & Machinary, And proper mentenance of machinary,hydra.
- To take the fast action to increase the site progress, & increase the quantity of bill.
- To fallow the all staff and solve those problem & motivate to increse the site progress.
- To submit the bill to client & fallow to release the bill from clint timely.
- Handed over all protocols with respect to technical specifications and drawing.
- Reduced machine (welding,cutting, Grinding.) Breakdown time by implementing periodic
Maintenance.
- Handed over the project to client before target time.

KEY SKILLS :
- To do fabrication & erecting as per drawing.
- Basic knowledge of AUTO CAD.
- To prepare DAILY PROGRESS REPORT and BILL OF MATERIAL.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from UPBTU, securing 1st division with 73 % in 2007.
- Intermediate from U.P Board Allahabad with in 2003.
- HIGH SCHOOL ,from U.P Board Allahabad in 2001.
