Offshore Process & Quality Manager

Important points :
* Should have at-least 8-10 years of Quality implementation experience.
* Hands-on experience with ITIL processes, focusing mainly on Incident, Problem, Event, Risk, Change management and other ITIL processes
* Must have experience of building the quality department, calibrating the processes and quality MIS reports.
* Position will be reporting to Chief Delivery Officer and will have an implementation team.
* Quality Manager should have practical knowledge of process management, who has overseen these kind of activities over last 8-10 years.
* A person who has quality in his/her attitude and who can drive the quality to a new level in the organization.
* Be part of process audits and CMM initiatives, who will drive the complete inception, awareness, adaptation and implementation of industry standards and protocols.
* Should have experience in security, quality, audits, certification/implementation and it’s sustenance through periodic audits(internal/external), process training, and build maturity
* Achieving the continuity and maturity to next level through certification, example ISO 9001 :2009 then ISO 27K. This person should have done this kind of work.
* KPI reporting, measurement, analysis and it’s reflection in overall and continued improvement across personnel and mode of delivery.
* Self reliance and self starter. Pride and ownership in qualitative and secure mode of service delivery.
* Achieving the continuity and maturity the next level through including the relevant local processes in IONNOR as a integrated part of the existing ISO 9001 :2008 and ISO 27000 in ErgoGroup.
* This person should have done this kind of work or have a comprehensive understanding of the ISO ad ITIL framework

PERSONAL :
* Must be able to draft new &/ modify existing policies in sync with Norway center to establish a mature & qualitative service delivery model at Offshore Center, India.
* At least degree in engineering from a premier institute viz. IIT
* Exposure to different IT verticals is highly anticipated.
* Multicultural – able to motivate to get the best out of people in different countries/cultures
* Familiarity with quantitative management of the projects and processes, statistical data analysis & Trained/Exposed to CMMI, ISO 9001/TL 9000
* Work closely with IT team to develop business processes which support new technology initiatives
