E-learning is using the traditional methods of course delivery ,Each student is assigned a study center.In this each user will be provided with a user name andpassword to log on to the site.Student must visit their study center to collect the study material.The course material is provided on pdf formate.All information including course details ,fee structure and notice for students will also be displayed on the site.Students can send their feedback to admin , If any Query arised they can send Query to the faculty regarding their queries.Administration has full rights to maintain the details of Faculty and student.

This is a web based application aims at managing the operations in a Call Center. The objective is to provide the customers and employees the necessary information on company’s products. The project contains two modules, i.e. the Admin module and Employee module. The Employee Module maintains the details of customers and reply to their queries. The Application in this module also keeps aim at storing all the queries from the customers and the suitable replies to them. Applications have been developed into the module to keep track of the unanswered queries. And now it is under maintenance.
