    Job Profile
    1. On line data entry of all stores transactions so as to maintain stock levels in system.
    2. Ensure proper house keeping in stores on all raw materials and consumables.
    3. To co ordinate proper Receipts and issues of materials with shop with documentation;
    4. Ensure physical stock taking is done periodically
    5. Sales return and rejections accounting
    6. Co-ordinating with planning, QC, Production and arrange for packing materials , logistics for shipment;
    7. Ensure proper documentation w.r.t QA standards like ISO 9002,14000 etc;
    8. Sub Contract reconciliation
