    Job Description :

    Closely assist the HR Manager in the following HR Functions :
    Recruitment & Selection
    Employee Reviews and Performance Management
    Training & Development
    HR MIS Reports
    Personnel Records Management
    Leave & Attendance Management
    Employee Insurance & Welfare
    Any other HR related activities

    Desired Profile :
    This position requires candidates with 2-3 years experience in HR, preferably in an IT Sector. Excellent verbal & written communication in English is a must.
    Willing to travel.
    Excellent MS Office skills.

    Experience : 2 – 4 Years
    Education : Graduate in any discipline and a PG in HR
    Location : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon
