Job Description:
To assist Site Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Day to day construction & supervision of civil works/work allotted by the Site Engineer/Project Manager
Awareness of computer handling and report feeding
To confirm norms, specification, validity of drawings & priority before execution, from the seniors
To give feedback and report to seniors about activity/activities going on, labour strength, material consumption and achievement of day to day target
To keep all required documents and drawings neat, clean and updated
Interacting with other site staff such as storekeeper and sales executives at the site
Organize the workers to make certain that they are all performing well to satisfy the construction requirement
To note the changes required by the client in the absence of his seniors
To check line, level, plumb, right angles etc. Along with checking proportions of different mortars and concrete mix as per specifications along with minimizing the wastage of different material
To issue materials to the contractors for day to day work and to check material consumption at the end of the day and to ensure that no material is left behind unsecured, at the end of the day
To keep a daily record of materials and labourers, activity wise in the following format

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E Civil / Diploma with 2-7 years of experience with a reputed real estate company.
Computer proficiency is must, should be able to study Auto CAD drawings & related softwares.
