Key Skills:
1. Business Analyst is the primary interface with the clients and technical teams and responsible for understanding current and future business processes of the clients
2. Good problem solving, analytical skills are required
3. Coordinate with onsite Functional lead to analyze and understand user business requirements and help transferring that knowledge to the offshore team
4. Extensive documentation experience in preparing requirements documents, functional test cases, training materials etc.
5. Analyze and manage change requests
6. Experience in using tools like design tools, Visio, MS-Project, MS-Office etc.
7. Sound knowledge of relational data bases and SQL
8. Knowledge of estimation methodologies such as Function point analysis, Use case model, COCOMO etc
9. Experience in working with global delivery teams
10. Thorough working knowledge in pre-sales activities
11. Good market analysis and research capabilities
- Perform functional testing and coordinate with Quality control team to ensure quality of the deliverable
- Ensure value-addition to the organization by building comprehensive domain, knowledge base
- Knowledge & Experience of Energy/Utilities domain is a big plus
- Pre-experience with Manual Testing is an added advantage
