Job Description :
1. Drafting and Vetting of Agreements executed by company with domestic / International clients.
2. Drafting and Vetting of Property Agreements such as Conveyance Deed, Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreements.
3. Drafting and Vetting of Power of Attorney(s), legal Notices, etc.
4. Renewal of Agreements from time to time.
5. Preparation and Compliance of monthly MIS repot of legal matters.
6. Attending company’s case hearing in Civil / Criminal courts.
7. Co-ordinations with company’s lawyers.
8. Maintaining and updating records of bonds executed by R & D Employees.
9. Attending offices of Government, Semi-Govt. Authorities such as BMC, Stamp Office, Police Stations, City Survey Office etc.
10. Statutory Legal Compliances of the company.
11. Registration of Documents at Stamp Office.
