Purpose
The role is as the planning and administrative function within the team responsible for :-
Pre-operations

Focal point for liaisoning with Gujarat state authorities to ensure all formalities and all statutory requirements are addressed and satisfied appertaining to the Terminal
To develop and implement a pre-operations plan for the set up of the marine terminal.
To ensure all marine terminal design is compliant with operational requirements.
Steady State Operations

To lead the Bhogat Terminal Operations Team and to manage the Marine Terminal in line accordance with International Standards.
Ensure the safety and welfare of those working at the facilities.
To operate, plan and coordinate the activities of the Marine Terminal to achieve the company throughput plans and targets.
To ensure that on specification crude is exported in an efficient, safe manner in accordance with the agreed schedule
Ensure technical integrity, operation and maintenance of the tank farm, marine operations process and utility facilities are delivered against the business targets for HSE, production and costs.
Provide leadership in the creation of individual and team performance through development, training, coaching and motivation.
Act as Incident Controller in the event of incident.
To manage the support contracts associated with marine operations.
