Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering with 10 to 30 years of experience in projects of roads, highways, parking lots, bus terminus,commercial buildings, water sanitation, power transmission towers with adequate exposure to construction methodology and
cycle time analysis technique.

Responsible For: Design and implement cost effective construction methodology, Monitor the work progress and identify problems & provide innovative models and solutions to project execution problems, Coordinate with project managers at site & directors, Ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualification & Experience:
Chartered Accountant, with minimum 15 years of post qualification internal audit experience in a similar industry.

Responsible For: Study of internal controls and checks of the organization, Identifying key risks & monitor the action plans for mitigation of risks identified. Responsible for analyzing existing processes for cost saving/reduction. Verifying compliance with various statutes and other standard operating procedures of the company and monitoring the action plans emerging out of the audit reports.
