Job Description :
Chartered Accountant, additional MBA or CS would be preferred with at least 15‐20 years
experience in Finance, strong acumen in strategic financial management & budgets is preferredfor the position. Mature and proactive individual with evidence of having worked as a business partner to the CEO of a multi‐divisional / faceted organisation. Interaction at Board level & other stake holders / regulatory bodies viz; SEBI is mandatory. The role demands planning and managing the finances of the entire Organisation / Group, monitoring financial processes, obtaining finance for major initiatives or acquisitions, handling investor relationships, assuring compliance with accepted financial accounting standards, oversee long term budgetary planning & cost management in alignment with Brigade's strategic plan & audit requirements. The candidate should understand complex financial concepts possess sound business skills and judgment, strategic thinking and planning skills, people skills, leadership & motivation skills. Exposure to ERP working environment is essential.
