Job Objective: Supervise implementation of the Legal Strategy of Brigade Group (Brigade) to manage property related legal and compliance issues with respect to property acquisition, project construction & handover. Manage drafting, vetting and execution of all contracts for Brigade.

Desired Qualification
Bachelor of Law (LLB) preferably with a Masters in Law / Business Law

Desired Experience
8 – 10 years of experience with at least 5 years experience in Retail / Commercial projects
People having worked for reputed Retail Brands, Departmental Stores, Hyper Markets, Apparel Brands, Malls & MNCs will be preferred

Worked on a wide variety of Electrical Equipments used in Power Plant like HT/LT motors (induction and synchronous), HT/LT Transformers, wide range of Switchgears, Rotary and Static UPS, Battery chargers, etc.
Having experience of attempting faults in LTMCCs.
Having experience of attempting faults in different types of Motorized Valves.
Having experience of Testing of SF6 CB, CTs.
Involved in various electrical maintenance jobs in ESP.
Routine checking of Switchyard & Batteries (including Gravity &Voltage).
