Job Description
• To lead a group of scientists, carry out R&D activities in areas of new products and fuel development, bio-technology, base products, process development and application related R&D studies etc.
• Identify, initiate, guide and supervise research activities in petroleum refining, fuels and fuel additives, corrosion and fouling abatement, alternate fuels /energy devices of direct interest to BPCL.
•To interact and coordinate research activities with internal and external customers and research institutes and other relevant agencies.
• Effectively manage activities of the departments under his/her control.
