Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical)

The candidates should be Diploma Engineers in Mechanical Engineering with around 2 to 3 years hands on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, installation and trouble shooting on mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, induction furnaces OR in maintenance of sophisticated Journal / Pin Grinding / Milling machines with hydraulic mechanisms and vertical and horizontal machining centers with CNC systems of Fanuc / Siemens.

The candidates should be Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience in maintenance of automated production lines, preventive and breakdown maintenance of PLC controlled systems like presses, robots, material handling systems, etc. OR maintenance of substation, Control circuits of machine tools and trouble shooting. Should be familiar with Siemens, Allen Bradley PLC with servo drives.

- Preparing Monthly Commissioning activity list, daily logging and report preparation of commissioning activities and reviewing.
- Preparing Commissioning checklist before commissioning of any Electrical equipment and getting signed by the END Customer (B.H.E.L).
- Handling all types of Electrical Testing and Measuring instruments.
