Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 12-15 Years in handling Big Infrastructure Projects, out of which 5-6 years should be hands on at construction sites
Educational Qualifications: BE, BTech, MCA, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent discipline

Major Role:
Handling Contracts: Drafting, Evaluation and Final Documentation.

Operational:
Estimating, Tendering, Billing, Monitoring and Coordinating with respective agencies
Floating of tender enquiries, comparison of bid, award of work and post contracting activity etc Preparation and evaluation of tenders for buildings & external services, internal and external electrical works, sanitary and plumbing works, HVAC, Lifts and BMS works, etc
Establishing the Contracting strategy of the Project for completion of work within cost and time frame
Having knowledge of BIS 456 & other IS codes
Checking and running final bills of contractors on all aspects related to construction including (trenching and ducting civil, electrical, sanitary, HVAC, lifts, aluminum glazing, façade Works, BMS, etc.) Consultants
Handling the deviation order, quantity of buildings & external services
Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications
Establishing standard operating procedure (SOPs) and continuous monitoring of various functions for the Project
Ensuring that the signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
