Position : Service Engineer (Technician S2 / S4 – IBD & PSD)
Reporting to : Regional Manager / Branch Manager
Locations :Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai, Gwt, Patna, Pune, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Lucknow.
Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
(1)Attending service calls on I&C, Breakdown and routine inspection
(2)Paid service calls in Battery chargers and Batteries
(3)Accountable for the service spares
(4)Paid service revenue collection
(5)AMC collection and execution, MIS data
(6)Training customers on product maintenance etc
(7)Interacting with customers on all critical service issues and resolution
Diploma – Diploma Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma Electrics and communication Engineering or BSC Electronics.
Vital - Min 1 to 3 yrs of experience with industrial Electrical or electronics products servicing
Desirable
1. 2 year in the same field and similar to Battery, UPS & Battery charger industry.
2. The person should be a male candidate.
3. Good in attitude and physically strength.
4. Good Technical and customer handling skills.
5. Willing to travel and relocate.
6. Average fluency in English.
