Job Description
Validation engineer for EDA products, responsible for validating SpyGlass low power rage of products.

Academic Qualification :
B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech. In Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from reputed Universities / IITs / BITS

Experience :
2 -4 years in Design/Verification or EDA tool validation

Position Responsibilities :
Validating SpyGlass-LP product from a ASIC designer\'s perspective as an in-house product expert train and work with Field Application Engineers across the geography and product support engineers on the specifics of product usage and general low power methodolgy.

Skill Required :
Sound knowledge of HDLs, Verilog/VHDL
Knowledge of ASIC design flow with experience in Design/Verification with some experience in preparing and executing test specs
Hands on experience in using EDA tools(simulators, synthesis tools) is a plus
Knowledge of ASIC LowPower design methodology a definite plus (multi VT designing, clock gating techniques, multi voltage design partitioning etc)
Knowledge in PERL scripting is a plus.
Experience of working in a multi-geography teams.

- Project planning, erection and commissioning activities
- Raising purchase requisitions for instrumentation materials.
- Procurement of instrumentation materials.
- Technical bid analysis, Annual turnaround activities for the plant.
- Checking of instrumentation materials after receipt at site.
- Instrumentation & Control system Maintenance (Preventive, Predictive & Shutdown).
- Reliability, Root cause analysis, Troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
- Spares planning for shutdown and routine maintenance.
- Review of the techno-commercial offers and providing technical recommendations.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IS014001, OHSAS activities..
