The scope of work of our organization includes site planning, architectural, structural and MEP design for all buildings, landscaping, interior design, supervision and commissioning of construction works. The Estimated cost of the Project is Rials Omani 12.6 millions.

The project consists of 50 nos. 4 Bed Room villas, a 80 room Guest House designed in the range of 4 star Hotel, an industrial Kitchen to cater to 2000 people, a Recreation Block, 14 nos. Staff Accommodation Blocks, Service Compound and other auxiliary buildings.
The scope of work of our organization includes site planning, architectural, structural and MEP design for all buildings, landscaping, interior design, supervision and commissioning of construction works. The Estimated cost of the Project is Rials Omani 65 millions.
