- Ensuring protocol compliance for all the events and the procedures.
- Scheduling patient visits as per protocol schedule of events.
- Evaluating patient status for safety and assure optimum healthcare.
- Management of Ethics committee submission on clinical study.
- To maintain the essential documents at site.
- To maintain and submit the progress status of the trials to EC.
- Trial subject follow up.
- Electronic Case Report Forms (CRF) completion.
- Collaborate with the CRA at the time of audit and monitoring visit.
- Assist the sponsor’s designated representative in monitoring and collection of trial data.
- Queries resolution.
- SAE reporting.
- To attend and assist audits by sponsor and other regulatory authorities.
- To assist the sponsor’s designated representative during site selection visit, site initiation visit and subsequent monitoring visits.
