Job Description:
Proven talent in Project Procurement and Contract finalisation for timely delivery of material, service/ sub-contracts together with adherence to budget limits. Procurement proficiency in managing bulk, capital and O&M Procurement, Contract, Tendering, Logistics and other allied commercial functions, etc. Exploring the vendors/ contractors in terms of their expertise, experience, market reputation, quality and standards, net worth, turnover, etc. Skilled in negotiation, managing logistics function with extensive knowledge of government policies and regulations. Extensive experience in import operations-customs clearance, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness. Possess an indepth knowledge of Customs Law, Import/ Export Policy and other related laws applicable for Imports and Exports. He should be a keen analyst with excellent relationship management and abilities in liaison with various regulatory authorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building, problem solving and organizational abilities. Power Plant experience is essential for the above post.
