This position is responsible for maintaining and developing relation with channel and HNI customers. Responsible for sourcing and maintaining LAS portfolio.
Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities
• Relation Manager for the City / Area.
• Maintain and develop channels of sourcing models.
• Maintain relation with HNI customers.
• Ensuring the Targets/Budgets are achieved as per organization’s budget
• Ensure maintain good health of the portfolio
• Ensure compliance of Policy.
• Update market information on competition, new development etc.
• Control CPA operations in respective locations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate with 5-7 years (or) prior work experience.
• Preferably CA / MBA or Finance post graduation
• Relevant experience in Sales for LAS in multiple market environments of minimum 3 years.
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent relationship skills.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance and profitability.
