    Profile Description
    Sound knowledge of Sales Strategy planning, work experience in Lighting industry, with companies like Crompton, Bajaj, Wipro is preferred.
    Experience in Lead generation and conversion, Deal negotiation and sign-off.
    Networking with Architects, Builders and Consultants.

    Job Description
    * Responsible for developing sales sfor a territory
    * Developing periodic Business plans and Strategy
    * Meetings and Presentation of Products - For Architects, Consultants and Builders in the Building and Construction space
    * Manage Sales Cycle–Lead generation, Lead conversion, Deal sign-off
    * Travel around the area to meet clients
    * Developing Dealer network
    * Overseeing the entire sales process for the region and achieve targets for the team and region
    * Train, develop & mentor sales representatives
    * Achieving Sales Target as per plan
    * Sales status reporting
    * Overseeing the marketing campaign in the area

    Work Experience
    * 3-8 years

    Qualification
    * Prefer MBA in Sales or Bachelor's Degree

    Location of Job
    * Hyderabad

    Annual Salary Range
    * INR 3 to 4 lakhs p.a
