Duties and Responsibilities
• Handles food and beverages.
• Quality management- checks quality of food &beverages served to cafes & implement the modifications required.
• Doing regular audits to ensure the Standard operating procedures are followed.
• R&D of new flavors& recipes, and implementation of the same.
• Get customer feedback and implement corrective action .
• Source vendors& suppliers, prepare negotiation documents.
• Product planning- supply projections for vendors.
• Regular follow up with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate billing with MIS.
• Scheduling and conducting induction and training session for the operational staff, F&B trainers.
• Coordinate between the marketing and operations team for training.
• Organizing regional level competitions and training staff for national level competitions
