Job Responsibility :
- Project planning & development.
- Monitoring Plant performance & Initiating proactive action for any unfavorable variance.
- Ensuring effective implementation of safety and other management practices.
- Implementation of innovative and cost effective methods to control the unit generation cost
- Take responsibility of Slow firing, alkali boil out, steam blowing of Boiler
- Knowledge about varies chemical analysis of WATER TREATMENT PLANT and Drawing of total Water system as well as Air line, Compressor.
- Knowledge about the composition of treatment chemicals as well as the reactions occur in the hole system, and can solve any problem which is related to water in Power Plant.
- Knowledge about the treatment programmed of Cooling Tower, Bioler, Pre & Post Treatment of water system, RO & UF membrane lording, cleaning etc.
- Knowledge about calibration of various Lab Instruments (eg-digital pH meter, conductivity meter, turbidity meter, sepectophoto meter, jar test bomb caloric meter,Karlfisher,Autoclave,Inquabator etc.)
- Knowledge about various parameters eg-pH, conductivity, hardness, TDS, TH, CaH, Chloride, Silica, Iron, Sulfate, p-alk, m-alk, cu, NH3 of Raw water, Boiler water, Cooling tower water, DM water etc.
- Knowledge about the complete coal, Bed material, charcoal analysis
Previous Experience :
1. Worked with M/S. Maithan Alloys Limited, Meghalaya as a Dy.Manager (WTP) from 01.02.2008 to 06.01.2010 & was looking after the Erection, Commissioning, O&M of Entire Water System of 15 MW Power Plant having 10 m3 RO, UF System & DM Pant, Clarified System(100M3),ETP System(30m3) and 4200 m3/hr cooling Tower.
2. Worked with M/S Shyam Sel Limited, Burdwan- (A Division of Shyam Group of¬ Companies) as an Sr. Project Engineer-WTP from 21.11.2006 to 30.01.2008 & was associated with the Errection & Commissioning of 8 MW Power Plant having 5 m3 RO Plant & 4200 m3/hr Cooling Tower.
3. Worked with M/S Hanuman Agro Industries Limited. Raipur- as an Sr.Chemict (WTP) from 10.05.2005 to 20.11.2006 & was responsible for Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance 5 MW CPP having 20 m3 RO,UF System & 3900 m3 /hr Cooling Tower.
4. Worked with M/S.Shyam Century Ferrous Limited, Meghalaya as a Chemist from 01.04.2003 to 09.05.2005 & was looking after the operation and maintenance of 13.8 MW Power Plant having 5 m3 DM Plant and 4200 m3/hr cooling Tower.
