Job Title : Project Leader
Location : Mumbai
Key Description:
• Requirement analysis – Requirement gathering, preparation of functional specifications and system specifications, User’s guide, preparation of business cases, training material etc.
• Assist presales – Response to RFP, creation of prototype and participation in POC
• Assist in preparation of sales collateral
• An interface between customer and development team. Work hand – in – hand with client as well as development team and ensure that all the requirements of customer are completely understand and met

MIN. REQUIREMENTS:
BE / B.Tech / MCA and 5 years of experience

Special REQUIREMENTS:
• Should have hands on experience of working on Object Oriented Paradigms, Design Patterns
• Should have sound knowledge of respective technology i.e. Programming language, RDBMS etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to design the project
• Ability to conduct reviews
• Ability to grasp domain required for the project
• Conceptual knowledge of project estimation methodology
Should be able to work with tight deadlines.
