Job description
The FC will take full responsibility preparation of monthly financial reports and other financial information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance the Company’s requirements.

To take part in regular reviews and provide business support to the General Manager and Executive Management Team including the analysis of financial information for recommendations for further improvement.

Implement and ensure appropriate financial and internal controls in compliance with Company Policies and procedures.

Has direct responsible for leading the Finance department team and guiding them to ensure the daily operation and the financial close process, including the pre-close and post-close preparation and review of balance sheet accounts reconciliations are completed.

To be responsible for the preparation of annual budget, which will involve in reviewing of future business plans to develop the budget.

Work with the internal and external auditors on statutory audit and tax requirements.

Financial forecasting, planning and analysis process and identify and resolve potential financial risk areas in timely manner.Actively involved in the training plans of the Finance team.


Requirements :

- Excellent financial management experience

- An Accounting or Finance qualification

- A full understanding of financial operating systems and procedures

- Strong influencing and relationship building skills

- Strong managerial / coaching skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Previous experience of working within the hotel or leisure industry would be advantageous

- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
