SIMPLIFIED COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT OF WING RIBS FOR AIRBUS A320:

Description:
The objective of the project is to extend a simplified approach to develop CATIA V5 parent wing ribs models from the client given CATIA V5 files. The activities stock design, surface extraction, stock split, fillet design, appending lug & pockets, wall thickness check & correction, feature recognition of holes, QC and revision were performed. Accomplished the development for AIRBUS A320 on CATIA V5R16 platform for our client HSM Technologies, Chennai for their end user Sonaca SA, Belgium.

PROJECT 2:
AUTOMOTIVE SEAT BACK FRAME:
Client : Hyundai Motor India

Description:
Our customer required for a new seat back frame design for their Belt-in- Seat System type of Seat assembly which improves comfort and performance of seat belt restraint systems which is mounted on passenger seat instead of vehicle body.
Problems Identified:
The occupants may find difficulties in accessing the seat belt from the vehicle body and the removal of fixed belt anchor points.
Solution Provided:
The seat back frame is designed with upright members for D-ring mounting and diagonal guideway imparted for web travel. Also, the frame is developed with enough cross ribs for even rigidity on action of seat belts. The various sheet metal model development done using CATIAV5 and necessary drawings are made.

EXPANDANBLE CONTAINER HOLDER FOR VEHICLES:
Client : Hyundai Motor India

Description:The objective of the project is to design a container holder which is flexible enough to hold different sized containers in a vehicle. The holder must be able to hold cans of different size and also tapered cups. To accomplish all these purposes a holder is designed that includes a resilient curvilinear wall with overlapping free ends movable toward and away from each other to vary the diameter of container holding opening defined by the wall. It includes means of locking the ends to the selected adjustable position to present a container holder with a selected diameter. It also includes a box li
ke shape adapted to catch and contain spilled liquids therein for later disposal.

Description:
Development of Nacelle to cover new combination switch, which is developed for car vehicle. Provision for ignition lock is provided in nacelle itself and gives more aesthetic.

Develop the new steering wheel for car vehicle. Steering Wheel Hub and Horn are changed unlike the standard.

MEDICAL SURGICAL HANDLING INSTRUMENTS :

Description:
The objective of the project is design the medical surgical instruments such as c-disc instruments, kidney cage, cer screw instruments. Client gives all dimensions of components and shape of instruments. We are modeling that instruments according to client requirements size and shape. Some time all ready designed instruments it should be reduce that size and increase.

OTHER PROJECTS:
Design of driving gauge for seat back frame and dimension checking by used instrument of Romar, Ferro instruments used C++ Software.
