    Qualification Minimum Degree/Diploma in any field.

    Experience Minimum 5 years of working in an NBFC operations setup, with minimum 2 years of experience of assisting implementation of software solutions within the organisation as a lead user. Alternatively, person could have worked as Business Analyst/Project Manager for minimum 3 years in an IT consultancy firm focused on deploying NBFC operations software.
    - Specific focus ideally should be on projects involving capital markets-based lending (loan against securities) OR corporate finance -
    Should have basic understanding of SQL Queries.
    Ability to act as an interpreter between end users and vendors

    Job Profile Responsible for engaging with business for managing application projects and engaging with vendors for delivery. Will also oversee the existing applications with the current support team.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    ■Manage designated application projects from kickoff stage to production.
    ■Help for specifying business requirements with business/operations contacts and/or end users.
    ■Engage with vendors to ensure quality delivery.
