Job Profile To scrutinize relevant documents of loan applications for CMG portfolios
To liaison with the statutory/management authorities & internal auditors in case of discrepancies & close the documentation before the loans are disbursed.
To give inputs to update the existing documentation system concurrent to the statutory changes.
To ensure timely issuance of sanction letter/legal documents & maximize TAT for disbursements
To remain current on all the legal aspects of the credit relationship & provide prompt support to the client for services like application processing/statutory certificates/loan updates
To formulate comprehensive MIS on the basis of continual financial analysis of clients’ securities/P&L/balance sheet/cash flow & regulatory & market/economic surveillance, intimate the risk team in case of skips/deviations & thus ensure minimal NPAs
To ensure that all the operations are followed according to the SOPs & conduct periodic documentation & process audits to make necessary structural changes To assess & mitigate operational risk by conducting business risk audits & put proper checks in the event of deviations
To manage all the softwares for products, process system entries, trade monitoring, portfolio MIS, client updates/communications & internal business unit support
To perform all the post disbursement operations related to loan against securities, margin monitoring & IPO funding like pledging/unpledging of shares, maintaining the process in the internal system, stock reconciliations & providing audit support.
To supervise the work flow of junior team members & assist with their knowledge/software/behavioral trainings
