Job Description :
Possesses 10-12 years of work experience (Real estate experience preffered) in various areas of the HR functions i.e. Recruitment, Performance Appraisal & evaluation, Retention, employee counseling, Compensation.
At least 5 years experience in handling personnel of technical as well as non-technical background and 4 years with companies having organized/corporate set up (i.e. defined organisation structure, governance framework, operational policies & procedures, Performance appraisal system etc.
Education : Graduation Science/Commerce preferred and Post Graduation / MBA in HR (Full time).
A. Development of policies & procedures
Provide input to develop policy manuals for Performance management, Career path, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal & evaluation, Retention, employee counseling, Compensation.
Assist in preparation of recruitment plan & budget
B. To define Job description for various roles across the organization essentially to
Key performance areas ( KPAs )
Key Performance indicators ( KPIs)
Develop understanding of market research HR
C: Recruitment
Convert and monitor recruitment plan into schedule of activities recruitment process
Review and discussed request for appointment of personnel.
D. Employee relationship
To devise mechanism of capturing people issues of various work groups across the organisation.
To recommend action plan on the identified issues
To recommend action items (to Head-HR) for improving motivation level of employees across the organisation.
To drive the implementation of Recognition & Reward Policy of organisation
To educate employees on career path, prospects of employees within organisation etc. (with concerned Function in charge/Manager )
E. Performance Management:
To identify ( with Head-HR ) suitable performance appraisal system for company
To design various templates related to performance appraisal for
~ Various roles
~ Various departments
~ Various designations
~ Salary slabs across all levels
Set up teh system with reporting officers & HODs for
~ The performance appraisal system
~ The methods of setting targets
~ The methods of review & appraisal
F. Productivity Improvement
Identify (with HODs) the productivity improvement measures for departments
