Invent Glass works is planning to set up a Float Glass plant at Western Gujarat. The Project Manager will have the responsibility of successfully implementing the project within the cost and time frame and thereafter handle operation. Compensation for above position will be commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate and will broadly be in line with the industry standards.


1. Project Manger
Candidate should be B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech with minimum 4 to 5 years experience in handling large size plant of Glass Manufacturing and Glass Industry. He should be able to guide team of qualified engineers with different disciplines and must be well versed with modern techniques of project planning, monitoring and implementation.

Job Description:
1 Estimation of rib size (MS) (L*B*H) according to Drawing.
2 Send them for cutting process.
3 Send them for machining (edge/face/bore/degree)as per their fitment.
4 Send them for fabrication work as per drawing.
5 Send the fabricated body in furnace for heat resilience.
6 Arrange all the parts(moving,sliding,working plates,pillars,cylinders approaching,side,ejector,main ram etc./accessories (nut/bolts/bush/spacers etc.) for the assy. Of machine.
7 Estimation of material required and keeping record of it.
8 To issue proper instruction & schedule to shop floor and to take proper steps, so that the job is executed in scheduled time.
9 Involving in testing.
10. Involving in R&D.
Achievments: 1. Completing 30 Ton Break Bending M/C (3 nos.).
2. Completing 300 Ton Rubber Moldings M/C (2 nos).
3. Completing 600 Ton H/C Molding M/C (01no.)
