    Job Description

    [LIST][*] Candidate must have handled an IPO of any company from start to finalization including registration and listing of the company on BSE and NSE.[*] Sound Knowledge of acquisition, Merger, Demerger of a Public Listed Company.[*] Should have sound knowledge of Compliances under the Companies Act. and under SEBI.[*] Maintenance of all registers and records under the Companies Act., Preparation of agenda and Holding of Board Meetings and Annual General Meeting.[*] Registration, Modification & Satisfaction of charges, providing all data & documents to the practicing company secretary for getting compliance certificate.[*] Conducting secretarial audits etc.,[*] Drafting of legal documents for filing with courts[/LIST]
    Desired Profile
    Incumbent should be a qualified Company Secretary with work experience of 10 to 15 years in well reputed and a listed company. Minimum 10 of working experience as an independent Company Secretary level.
