Job Description :
1. Provides technical support to Executive; specifically in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations.
2. Completes applications; submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
3. Determines if direct or agency billing is appropriate and invoices accordingly.
4. Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals for word processing as needed.
5. Reviews policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between the company and Service provider/Vendors.
6. Verifies policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
7. Drafting of viable credit policy and get it approved from the appropriate authority
8. Determines reasons for requests for cancellations; acts to save accounts.
9. Assists preparation and submission of claims, follows up on claims status, according to agency (insurers) procedures.
10. Check the claims lodged by the customers
11. To analyze and recommend a competitive pricing/tariff structure.
12. To actively work as Customer Service contact to ensure best possible support and service to all customers and ensure retention of existing customers.
13. Ratings, Claims, waiver, insurance, refund etc.
14. To be responsible for preparation and timely submission of MIS reports.
15. Liaison with Railways authorities & other government departments.
16. Gathering information & preparing statistical data on business activities of competitors.
17. Coordination with Exim & domestic marketing team & increase customer data base.
18. Providing guidance to terminal staff for proper movement of cargo & container as well as for Terminal Operating Software.
19. Act as a link between customer and the company
20. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
