Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate will be LLB/LLM from reputed law institutes having a very good command on written & verbal English along with a good exposure of drafting and review of Contracts. Exposure to Legal Research or Document Review will be desirable.

We are currently looking for lawyers with excellent written and verbal communication skills with an experience of 0 - 4 years in Contracts Drafting and Review. Should be willing to work US time. Candidate having worked on contracts pertaining to IT and consulting industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities
• Assist the sales and business development team to execute contracts by talking to contracts / legal / business executive of US clients. Should have a BUSINESS ORIENTED approach while negotiating contracts
• Review contracts, make standard amendments as per company policy and also interact with sales team to execute them.
• Involve in client approval process and also helping clients with providing liability insurance required to execute contracts and filling out client questionnaires.
• Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize issues and resolving them.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Internet and MS Excel
